Reflexology for Women in Haslemere and surrounding areas.
I'm a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I became passionate about reflexology when I experienced the benefits of treatments myself during a stressful time.
I completed a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in central London and qualified in 2005 before starting my own practice. After a career change and having my children, I decided to return to holistic therapy in 2022. I completed a refresher course with Sally Earlam and began my path back to the wonderful world of reflexology.
I currently offer treatments to women, in Haslemere and surrounding areas. I have a particular interest in women's health, menopause, emotional wellbeing, stress, anxiety and depression. I have completed additional training in Reflexology for Menopause. I will also shortly be offering Indian Head Massage and Aromaflex treatments (reflexology using essential oil blends)
I have a background in Psychology and I'm very passionate about how we can all improve our mental health and wellbeing. My aim is always to provide a calm, supportive and empathetic environment.
Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet correspond with different areas of the body. These points are "mapped" onto the feet and treatment involves using different pressure techniques to work these points. Reflexology can aid relaxation, help release tension, improve mood, wellbeing and sleep. Reflexology is holistic and treats the whole person. It is important to note that reflexologists cannot diagnose or cure and treatment should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice. It can however be a wonderful, relaxing therapy that can be used alongside other medical treatment.
Reducing stress is really important for overall health and resilience. I provide time for one on one attention in a supportive and empathetic environment. My treatments are a time just for you, for calm and relaxation.

Coming soon:
Aromareflex - reflexology with Essential Oil blends, additional massage techniques. including an After Care Blend to take home for self care.
Before a treatment, a medical history and consultation will be taken. I will then cleanse the feet with Neal's Yard spray before applying essential oil reflexology cream.
Initial treatments will take around 1 hour 15 minutes, follow up treatments will be 1 hour.
The reflexology will last 45 minutes/1 hour. You will need to remove your shoes and socks before the treatment starts. I will then use relaxation techniques on the feet and lower leg/ankle area before applying pressure to the different areas and reflexes of the feet.
Some of these may feel tender but the overall treatment should be relaxing. The pressure used will be firm but should not be painful. I will always adjust my pressure to make sure you are comfortable.
Most people experience an improved sense of wellbeing and relaxation after a treatment. You may find that you feel more tired than usual and sleep better. You will need to drink plenty of water following the treatment.
If you have any questions following your treatment, I am always happy to discuss.
Treatments cost £50 for one hour, £60 for 75 minute treatments. If you are outside of the area I cover I may need to add an additional charge to cover travel. Payments are to be made on or before the day of the appointment, either by bank transfer, cash or card reader.

I am based in Haslemere, Surrey and provide mobile treatments using my luxury reclining chair up to approximately 5 miles from GU27.
I also offer treatments at the Haslemere Centre for Complementary Therapies (above Apothecary 27) 71- 73 Wey Hill, Haslemere GU27 1HN and Luck's Yard Chiropractic Clinic in Milford, Surrey.
If you are outside of the area I cover and would like a mobile treatment, please feel free to contact me to discuss as treatments may be available at a small extra cost.
How many sessions will depend on why you would like reflexology. Many people choose to have a treatment every one or two weeks to start with. I would suggest up to 6 sessions to start with at this stage. You may then choose to continue with treatments around once a month or less frequently to maintain the benefits.
How many and how often is always completely up to you and your circumstances.
